Order Processing

We swing into action quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two ways to get your gear to your doorstep:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary for international orders depending on customs processing.

Our Return Promise

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baseball Cleats & Shoes (if worn or used on the field)
  • Baseball Protective Gear (including sliding shorts and any protective equipment)
  • Baseball Hitting Trainers And Balls (if used)
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered items

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Want a different size, color, or product? Follow the same steps as above, but specify in your email that you’d like an exchange and include the details of what you’d like instead. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For customers outside the US, any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
